Dr. Xuchang Zheng

Xuchang Zheng’s teaching and research specialise in the area of organisational behaviour and human resource management. He
pays particular attention to the process of trust development and decline, examining the influence of cognitive biases on people’s
trust decisions. Xuchang received his PhD from Imperial College London. Prior to Imperial, he worked on restructuring projects for
the NGOs and education institutions in the UK.
